All Daddies Need Love š§”
Letās talk about the ones who donāt get enough credit.
The ones who donāt do it for the āgram. The ones who show up without expecting a parade.
This oneās for them.
I grew up a daddyās girl still am. My dad has been there through every season.
When life was life-ing, he was the calm in the storm.
When I cried over heartbreaks, he offered silence and snacks.
When bills stacked up, he didnāt ask questions just said, āCheck your account.ā
And when I joined the Navy? He told me I could do anything and meant it.
But this aināt just about my story. Itās about the uncles who stepped in.
The goddaddies who pulled up with ice cream and gas money.
The granddads who stayed up past bedtime to make sure you got in safe.
Even the sugar daddies yeah, if he earned his title, he earned a little love too.
Ā
We donāt always talk about menās mental health. But we should.
Some of these men are carrying the world on their shoulders and still making room for us.
Still choosing to be soft in a world that tells them to be hard.
Still loving out loud when nobody claps for it.
So today, we light the āPapaā candle in their honor.
A little bourbon, a little warmth, a whole lot of love.
Hereās to the real ones.
