Skai Brite candles are hand-poured using a soy-blend wax, wood wicks, and clean fragrance oils selected with our commitment to creating quality home fragrance in mind.

What products does Skai Brite offer?
We offer 10 oz wood-wick candles, wax melts, car vent fresheners, room sprays, and rotating seasonal and limited-edition home fragrance products.

Where do you source your ingredients?
We source our wax, fragrance oils, wicks, and other candle-making materials from trusted U.S.-based suppliers.

Where are your candles made?
All Skai Brite candles are hand-poured, finished, and packaged in Northern Illinois.

What are your year-round scent collections?
Our two year-round candle collections are Signature and Mandles.

Yes! Skai Brite Candle has a kiosk inside Gurnee Mills Mall.

Can I shop online?
Absolutely. You can shop anytime at SkaiBriteCandle.com. Many of the same products available at our kiosk are also available online, along with seasonal and limited-edition releases.

How long do your candles burn?
Our 10 oz candles can provide approximately 60 hours of burn time when properly burned and maintained. Actual burn time can vary depending on burn habits and the environment.

How should I care for my wood-wick candle?
Trim the wood wick before each burn and remove any loose, charred wood from the previous burn. On the first burn, allow the wax to melt evenly toward the edges of the jar to help prevent tunneling.

For safety and best performance, do not burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time, keep it away from drafts and flammable objects, and never leave a burning candle unattended.

Why is trimming the wood wick important?
Keeping your wood wick properly trimmed helps maintain a controlled flame and supports a cleaner, more even burn. An overgrown or heavily charred wick can create a larger flame and cause the candle to burn faster than intended.

How do I join Skai Brite Rewards and earn Lit Bucks?
Create or log in to your Skai Brite customer account using the email you use when shopping. Once you’re enrolled, you can open the Rewards panel to check your Lit Bucks balance and view available rewards.

Customers shopping at the kiosk can also have their rewards account connected to their customer profile.

Can I receive Lit Bucks for purchases made before joining the rewards program?
Purchases made before enrolling in the rewards program are not automatically credited. Lit Bucks are earned on eligible purchases after enrollment.

How many Lit Bucks do I earn?
Your current earning opportunities, Lit Bucks balance, and available redemption options are shown in the Skai Brite Rewards panel. Because reward offers can change, the Rewards panel will always have the most current information.
